Sebastian Norin is a breakthrough catalyst who ignites clarity, conviction, and transformational change. He stands for transcending limitations and creating breakthroughs that collectively benefit humanity.
His mission is to end exploitation by self-actualising those driven to do good. Through shifting how one rationalises and reasons, he removes inner resistance and brings those he serves into perception—allowing them to see how to create more value, opportunities, and get more people bought into their vision.
His mission stared when he was tired of seeing his colleagues, the customers and those around him being mistreated. Everyone was accepting reasons of why to stay stuck, how things couldn’t change and “this is the way it is, just accept it because there’s no way out”. Staring the impossible in the eyes, the natural problem solver in him was crushed by an unacceptable reality he couldn’t change.
Then, as Christmas 2022 passed, he faced the haunting reality of having over 45 years left of slaving away. Unable to tolerate the discomfort he decided to either live life his way or not live at all. And in the darkness of subconsciously accepting that he had no will to live, he vowed his life over to what he calls “Mother Earth.” To his disbelief, his prayer was answered, giving him the strength to quit his job and never turn back.
Jumping all in on his interest of entrepreneurship with the obsession of understanding why we reason and how to change it. He slowly uncovered that finding reasons of why we can’t are just as easy as finding reasons of how and why we can. This gave rise to his deepest mission: ensuring that the next generations aren’t born into limitation.
